They thought the tops were cool. Even my 2 year old loved this set and watching the spinning action, although he needed my help launching the tops. As a parent, I really liked the stadium because it kept the toys contained in one spot and made a nice carrying case to put all the toys/parts when not in use.

My only complaint was that one of the beyblade tops kept falling off the launcher as we tried to wind it. This is a great value since it kept many kids entertained at once.

My nephews got in on the action too as they would 'call' the next battle. In the beginning, we thought this toy would be super fun.

Overall, it was! We liked how you can switch the middle to change the game around. There are 3 circular platforms that can be inserted into the middle of the arena. One has lightning bolt indents, one has a circular indent, and one has straight lines. We had some difficulty figuring out what some of the pieces did. We discovered that one piece was used to tighten the toy.

The instuctions were also a little difficult to read, but we got it eventually. We both enjoyed the competition. Our favorite part was how the tops flung around when they hit each other. The only down side was it is kind of overpriced. My son loves beyblades in general. He is 6 year old and he likes to battle with his friends when they come for a playdate. He likes to play this for hours alone also.

This is great value compared to the single beyblade packages that I purchased. It comes with lot of pieces.

This set has everything you will need for a beginning Beyblader. I highly recommend this product and am speaking from a parent's point of view. I am NOT an experienced Beyblader. Perhaps there are better sets out there. However, for the value and who I was purchasing this for.Walmart carries a product that will suffice. Hope this review helps.
